After you fly
Aftercare is part of the treatment
You leave with written instructions, a named coordinator, and a way to reach us after you land. Healing does not end at the airport.
Every guest leaves with a sheet that names the medicines, the foods to avoid, and the number to message. This page is the public version of that sheet. It does not replace the instructions you receive in the chair.

The first 48 hours
Rest is part of care
The day of surgery is not a sightseeing day. Sleep with your head slightly raised, and keep walks short. The stairs of the old town can wait.
Cold, used briefly
If the face swells, use a short cold compress. Do not keep ice on through the night, and do not heat the area.
Soft, cool food
Yoghurt, soup, eggs and fish are suitable. Please avoid straws, seeds and crusts. Smoking is the fastest way to undo the work done that morning.
Only what was prescribed
Use pain relief and rinses exactly as written. Adding a medicine from your suitcase can start a drug interaction.
The first week
Swelling follows a curve
Swelling often peaks on the second day and then falls. If pain rises after that, write to us the same day. Please do not wait.
Gentle hygiene
Brush the other teeth. Around the treated area, follow the written sheet. A soft brush and a rinse are enough.
The temporary is not the final tooth
Chew on the other side. If the bite feels high, tell us before the ceramic can chip.
Your coordinator stays reachable
A coordinator replies. A photograph is more useful than a description. We would rather see the gum at noon than hear about it on the fifth day.
The first month
Implants are still integrating, and ceramics are still settling into the bite. Keep the review you were given, in Antalya or with your dentist at home, using the records we send. A night guard, if prescribed, is part of the treatment.

Flying home
Cabin pressure
Most guests fly the day after a review. Some swelling can remain, and that is common. Severe pain or a fever is a reason not to board until we have seen a photograph.
Your records travel with you
Imaging and a summary for your dentist at home leave with you. Those records are yours.
The second visit
Implant cases often need a second visit. We schedule it around healing, not around a holiday calendar.
Write to us the same day if
- Pain rises after the second day, or you have a fever
- Bleeding does not slow when you apply pressure
- A temporary tooth feels high, loose, or cracked
- Numbness has not begun to fade in the time you were told
- Swelling is still growing on the fourth day
What aftercare is not
- It is not a guarantee of the result. Biology varies from person to person.
- It does not replace emergency care in your own city if something acute happens at night.
- Feeling well is not a reason to skip the planned review.
