Full-arch tooth replacement using six durable implants.

Treatments
All-on-4 / All-on-6 in Antalya: coordinated by Trip4Smile for international patients.
A full-arch restoration on four or six implants, with the option of a same-day temporary prosthesis.

Full arch on four
All-on-4 uses four implants per arch to support a complete set of fixed teeth. It is designed for patients who have lost most or all teeth in one jaw.
Two implants stand in the front; two are angled at the back to use denser bone. A temporary bridge is often fitted the same week. The final ceramic or hybrid arch comes after healing at home.
Tilted towards denser bone so grafting can often be avoided. The angle is a planning choice, not a slogan.
A fixed temporary is common when primary stability allows. Chewing is still gentle.
After osseointegration the laboratory makes the lasting prosthesis. That is visit two.
7–10 days for surgery and a fixed temporary bridge
Two visits: immediate teeth, then the final prosthesis after healing
Swelling typically settles in a few days; a soft diet is advised while healing
Significant or full tooth loss in one jaw, seeking a fixed arch
Full-arch planning, four implants per arch, same-day temporary bridge where suitable
Compared with
Bone, bite force and which jaw decide four versus six. The scan, not the brochure, chooses.
Four implants per jaw. Useful when bone in the back is limited and grafting is better avoided.
Six implants share the load: often preferred in the upper jaw or a heavy bite.
Removable. Faster to make, less stable, and the bone under it still recedes.
The Process
A 7–10 day first stay is typical. The bone is not ‘finished’ in those days.
Full-mouth assessment and planning
Placement of four implants per arch
Fitting of a fixed temporary bridge
Final prosthesis after healing
Immediate teeth if stability allows; the final teeth after months of fusion.
Visit 1
3D plan, surgery, a fixed temporary when indicated, VIP transfer, rest days in the hotel.
At home
Several months. Soft then firmer diet as advised. We stay in the loop with the dental team.
Visit 2
Try-in, bite, and the final prosthesis. Shorter stay than week one.
Options
More implants are not automatically better. They share load when bone and bite ask for it.
| Option | Implants / arch | Same-week teeth | Grafting | Feel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-on-4 | 4 | Often, if stable | Often avoided | Fixed |
| All-on-6 | 6 | Often, if stable | Case by case | Fixed, more spread load |
| Denture | None | Yes, removable | None | Taken out at night |
Typical ranges, not a promise. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
The temporary is for living, not for steak.
First week
Usually fine: Cool, soft, small bites
Avoid: Biting the temporary as if it were final
Healing months
Usually fine: Softer everyday food as advised
Avoid: Hard nuts, ice, opening packets with teeth
After the final arch
Usually fine: Towards a normal diet
Avoid: Ignoring a night guard if you clench
Professional cleaning, nightly hygiene routines and scheduled reviews help maintain the restoration.
Global material standards
Every implant and ceramic brand to be used is named on your written outline. Before you travel, you know which recognised materials are planned.
The pieces
Tap a part to keep it in focus. The explanation stays on the page. Nothing essential is hover-only.
Fixed bridge: One prosthesis for the arch, screwed or cemented to the fixtures, not sixteen unrelated crowns.
Typical patterns, not a diagnosis. Imaging and the dental team write the real plan.
Days 1–2
3D where indicated, photographs, a written plan you can sleep on.
Day 3
Four or six implants and, where suitable, a fixed temporary the same day.
Days 4–8
Reviews, hygiene instruction, a coordinator on the other end of a message.
Months later
After integration, the laboratory arch is tried in and fitted.
Same-day teeth means a well-made temporary, not the final ceramic. Anyone who sells the opposite is selling a brochure.
Bone volume, bite force and medical history decide four versus six implants, not a package name.
Named systems on the plan. Unnamed “premium implant” is not a specification.
A temporary you can live with, then a laboratory arch in zirconium or the ceramic agreed in writing.
The visit
Sequences vary. Your written plan names the order for your mouth, not a catalogue.
Before
A full-arch plan is never a catalogue package. Photos, history and a scan if you have one go to the team so four implants per arch can be confirmed, or declined, in writing.
During
Often a week-class stay: remaining teeth as planned, four fixtures, a fixed temporary where suitable. Rest days are part of the brief, not leftover tourism.
After
The definitive prosthesis usually waits for healing at home. A second stay fits and adjusts it. Soft diet instructions travel with you.
Planning
None of these replace a clinical assessment. They are the questions the dental team actually uses.
Whether four fixtures per arch can be placed in available bone: often with posterior implants angled to miss the sinus or nerve
Gum health, remaining teeth that may need extraction, and bite force
Whether a fixed temporary bridge is realistic on the same stay
Medical clearance for a longer surgical visit
Who will maintain the prosthesis at home. Hygiene under a full arch is a skill, not an accessory
A full-arch plan is never a catalogue package. Photos, history and, where possible, a scan go to the dental team so bone, bite and whether four implants per arch are even indicated can be discussed in writing first.
Surgery and a fixed temporary bridge are often completed in one stay. The final prosthesis comes after healing at home. Soft diet, rest days and a quieter hotel are part of the brief, not extras.
Plan on roughly a week in Antalya for the surgical visit, then a later stay for the final teeth. Your outline names the days. Flights stay yours to book.
Dental travel
You arrange the flight. Trip4Smile coordinates the plan, VIP transfer, stay support and follow-up around the dental team’s work.
01
Photographs of both arches, a list of remaining teeth, medical history. All-on-4 is confirmed or replaced by another protocol in writing.
02
Plan rest, a quieter hotel, and soft food. You book the flight; we map appointments and VIP transfer around them.
03
The live scan can still change the sketch. A fixed provisional, where suitable, is part of leaving the city able to speak and eat softly.
04
After healing at home, the final prosthesis. The same coordinator stays on the message thread.
A fixed temporary bridge is often fitted on the day of surgery, so you leave with teeth. The final prosthesis comes after healing.
It restores a whole arch using just four implants, suited to patients who have lost most or all teeth in one jaw.
No. The bridge is fixed and only removed by a dentist for maintenance.
Daily brushing and special floss around the implants, plus regular professional cleaning.
A full-arch prosthesis supported by four implants in one jaw. It is a protocol, not a brand, and it is indicated only after imaging.
Tilting can use available bone and avoid the sinus or nerve. It is not done for appearance. If bone allows upright fixtures, that may be chosen instead.
Neither is universally better. Six fixtures may be discussed when bite force or bone distribution asks for more support. The scan decides, not a package name.
Many patients receive a fixed temporary in the surgical stay when the case allows. It is for function and dignity, not the final ceramic.
Specific brushes, floss threaders or a water flosser as prescribed. Poor hygiene under the prosthesis is a common reason work fails later. You will leave with a method, not a slogan.
Sometimes. It lengthens the visit and the recovery. The team writes whether one arch or both is safer for your health and bone.
Licensed dental professionals at partner clinics in Antalya. Trip4Smile coordinates planning, VIP transfer and follow-up. We are not the treating clinic.
Yes. We coordinate for patients who fly in. Photos and history come first; a written plan is sent before you book a ticket.
You share smile photos, any recent X-rays and your goals. The dental team reviews the file. You receive stages, a typical stay and what is not included.
It depends on the case. For All-on-4 / All-on-6, a typical stay is 7–10 days for surgery and a fixed temporary bridge. Your written plan names the days for your situation.
You leave with written aftercare. The same coordinator stays reachable once you are home. Your local dentist can use the summary we send.
Neighbouring options people compare with this one, not a random list of every page.
Smile Gallery
Photographs are published only with the patient’s permission after a coordinated stay. The gallery is ready; cases appear as journeys complete.
