Implant Supported Zirconium Crowns

Treatments
All-on-6 in Antalya: coordinated by Trip4Smile for international patients.
A full-arch solution using six implants for added support and distribution of force.
Ask for the reason six fixtures are proposed in your scan.

Full arch on six
All-on-6 places six implants per arch to support a full fixed prosthesis, offering broader support where bone volume and bite force require it.
Two extra implants spread chewing force, which is why All-on-6 is often discussed for the upper jaw or a heavy bite. Same idea as All-on-4: a temporary in week one, the lasting arch after healing.
Six implants do not mean you skip osseointegration. Visit two still exists.
Softer bone in the maxilla is a common reason the team prefers six over four.
Extra posts can help when bite force is high, if the scan shows room for them.
7–10 days for placement and a temporary restoration
Two visits with a healing interval of several months
Similar to All-on-4; extra implants add support, not extra downtime
Full-arch cases where bite force or bone volume benefits from six implants
3D planning, six implants per arch, temporary restoration where indicated
Compared with
The scan chooses. A heavier plan is not a better souvenir.
Fewer implants, angled back posts, often enough when bone is limited.
Six posts for spread load: typical when the upper jaw or bite asks for it.
If bone is too thin even for angled fixtures, grafting is honest, and slower.
The Process
Extra implants add support, not extra hotel nights in week one.
Diagnostic assessment and 3D planning
Placement of six implants per arch
Immediate temporary restoration where suitable
Definitive prosthesis after healing
Healing still happens at home. The extra posts do not rush biology.
Visit 1
7–10 days is typical: plan, surgery, temporary, VIP transfer, rest.
At home
Months. Soft diet first. Follow-up from Antalya stays open.
Visit 2
Try-in and the lasting arch. Bite checked before you fly.
Options
Not a luxury upgrade: a mechanical one, when the scan says so.
| All-on-4 | All-on-6 | |
|---|---|---|
| Implants per jaw | 4 | 6 |
| Typical first stay | 7–10 days | 7–10 days |
| Often discussed for | Limited posterior bone | Upper jaw / heavier bite |
Typical ranges, not a promise. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Same rules as All-on-4: the temporary is not the final.
First week
Usually fine: Soft, cool, small bites
Avoid: Crunching on the temporary
Healing months
Usually fine: Everyday food as advised
Avoid: Hard objects and smoking if you can stop
After the final
Usually fine: Towards normal
Avoid: Skipping hygiene under the bridge
Ongoing hygiene, periodic professional maintenance and follow-up reviews support longevity.
Global material standards
Every implant and ceramic brand to be used is named on your written outline. Before you travel, you know which recognised materials are planned.
The pieces
Tap a part to keep it in focus. The explanation stays on the page. Nothing essential is hover-only.
Six fixtures: Spread along the arch so chewing load is shared. Number follows anatomy, not a brochure.
Typical patterns, not a diagnosis. Imaging and the dental team write the real plan.
Days 1–2
3D where indicated, photographs, a written plan you can sleep on.
Day 3
Four or six implants and, where suitable, a fixed temporary the same day.
Days 4–8
Reviews, hygiene instruction, a coordinator on the other end of a message.
Months later
After integration, the laboratory arch is tried in and fitted.
Same-day teeth means a well-made temporary, not the final ceramic. Anyone who sells the opposite is selling a brochure.
Bone volume, bite force and medical history decide four versus six implants, not a package name.
Named systems on the plan. Unnamed “premium implant” is not a specification.
A temporary you can live with, then a laboratory arch in zirconium or the ceramic agreed in writing.
The visit
Sequences vary. Your written plan names the order for your mouth, not a catalogue.
Before
You should see in the outline why six rather than four, or why a different protocol is safer. “Upgrade” is not a clinical reason.
During
Similar length to other full-arch surgery. Extra fixtures add support, not automatically extra days in bed.
After
The final bridge still waits for bone and gum to settle. Home hygiene around six implants is taught before you fly.
Planning
None of these replace a clinical assessment. They are the questions the dental team actually uses.
Bone volume and quality along the arch: six fixtures are a distribution choice, not a luxury label
Bite force, grinding, and whether the opposing arch is natural teeth, a denture or another prosthesis
Whether extra fixtures change the need for grafting, or avoid it
Hygiene access around six connection points
Willingness to travel twice for surgery then the final teeth
Six implants per arch is a clinical choice after imaging, not a marketing upgrade. The file is reviewed first so you know why six rather than four, or why a different protocol is safer.
Placement and a temporary restoration typically sit in one stay. Extra implants add support, not automatically extra downtime. Healing still happens at home before the final prosthesis.
A first stay of about 7–10 days is common, with a second visit after months of healing. Dates are built around the flights you can actually take.
Dental travel
You arrange the flight. Trip4Smile coordinates the plan, VIP transfer, stay support and follow-up around the dental team’s work.
01
The first reply should say why six. If it cannot, ask again before you book.
02
Surgical week, quieter hotel, VIP transfer around longer chair time. Flights remain yours.
03
Where suitable, fixed teeth for the healing months. Diet rules are stricter than a brochure photo.
04
Final fit after biology, not after the holiday calendar.
Six implants spread the load more widely, which may be recommended depending on bite force and bone volume.
Recovery is similar; the main difference is the number of implants, not the healing time.
You will start with softer foods and gradually return to a normal diet as advised by the dental team.
A temporary bridge is fitted early; the final prosthesis is placed after healing, typically a few months.
When the dental team judges that bite force, bone spread or the opposing arch benefits from two extra fixtures. It is not a prestige version of the same operation.
No. Healing is still bone biology. Extra fixtures share load; they do not shorten osseointegration.
Often similar for the surgical visit. Your outline names the days. Extra fixtures are not a reason to skip rest.
Wanting strength is understandable. Indication still comes from the scan. Unnecessary fixtures are still surgery.
Then the honest plan may be four, grafting, a different protocol, or not this treatment. We would rather write that than stretch a name.
It still replaces a full arch. Connection design and material follow the laboratory plan. Six fixtures change support, not magic in the ceramic.
Licensed dental professionals at partner clinics in Antalya. Trip4Smile coordinates planning, VIP transfer and follow-up. We are not the treating clinic.
Yes. We coordinate for patients who fly in. Photos and history come first; a written plan is sent before you book a ticket.
You share smile photos, any recent X-rays and your goals. The dental team reviews the file. You receive stages, a typical stay and what is not included.
You leave with written aftercare. The same coordinator stays reachable once you are home. Your local dentist can use the summary we send.
Neighbouring options people compare with this one, not a random list of every page.
Smile Gallery
Photographs are published only with the patient’s permission after a coordinated stay. The gallery is ready; cases appear as journeys complete.
