Full arch on four
A whole upper or lower set, planned as one
Full-arch restoration replaces all teeth in a single jaw using implant-supported or removable solutions, tailored to each patient’s needs.
Full-arch means restoring an entire jaw: All-on-4, All-on-6 or another protocol after the scan. The diagram is the idea: one coordinated arch, not sixteen unrelated crowns.
Angled posterior implants
Tilted towards denser bone so grafting can often be avoided. The angle is a planning choice, not a slogan.
Same-week teeth
A fixed temporary is common when primary stability allows. Chewing is still gentle.
Final arch later
After osseointegration the laboratory makes the lasting prosthesis. That is visit two.
Typical stay
7–14 days depending on the chosen protocol

Caring for your result
Rest between appointments; a coordinated hotel stay supports healing
Suitability
Patients restoring an entire upper or lower set of teeth
What we coordinate
Arch assessment, implant or prosthetic planning, staged restorations
Compared with
All-on-4 is not the only full-arch plan
Bone, bite force and which jaw decide four versus six. The scan, not the brochure, chooses.
All-on-4
Four implants per jaw. Useful when bone in the back is limited and grafting is better avoided.
All-on-6
Six implants share the load: often preferred in the upper jaw or a heavy bite.
Denture
Removable. Faster to make, less stable, and the bone under it still recedes.
The Process
Surgery week, then healing at home
A 7–10 day first stay is typical. The bone is not ‘finished’ in those days.
- 01
Assessment and treatment planning
- 02
Preparation and implant or prosthetic foundation
- 03
Trial restoration for fit and aesthetics
- 04
Final fitting and review
Two visits for a full arch
Immediate teeth if stability allows; the final teeth after months of fusion.
Visit 1
Place four, fit a temporary
3D plan, surgery, a fixed temporary when indicated, VIP transfer, rest days in the hotel.
At home
Fusion
Several months. Soft then firmer diet as advised. We stay in the loop with the dental team.
Visit 2
The lasting arch
Try-in, bite, and the final prosthesis. Shorter stay than week one.
Options
All-on-4, All-on-6 or a denture
More implants are not automatically better. They share load when bone and bite ask for it.
| Option | Implants / arch | Same-week teeth | Grafting | Feel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All-on-4 | 4 | Often, if stable | Often avoided | Fixed |
| All-on-6 | 6 | Often, if stable | Case by case | Fixed, more spread load |
| Denture | None | Yes, removable | None | Taken out at night |
Typical ranges, not a promise. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Eating on a new arch
The temporary is for living, not for steak.
First week
Usually fine: Cool, soft, small bites
Avoid: Biting the temporary as if it were final
Healing months
Usually fine: Softer everyday food as advised
Avoid: Hard nuts, ice, opening packets with teeth
After the final arch
Usually fine: Towards a normal diet
Avoid: Ignoring a night guard if you clench
Do
- Clean under the bridge as shown: a water flosser is often part of the kit
- Keep the review appointments at home
- Tell us if a temporary screw feels loose
Don’t
- Smoke through healing if you can stop
- Skip the second visit ‘because the temporary looks fine’
- Use the new teeth as tools
Regular maintenance and hygiene visits help preserve the restoration over time.
Global material standards
Certified, original systems on your treatment plan
Every implant and ceramic brand to be used is named on your written outline. Before you travel, you know which recognised materials are planned.
The pieces
What you are looking at
Tap a part to keep it in focus. The explanation stays on the page. Nothing essential is hover-only.
Upper arch: The palate, sinus and smile line shape what is possible above.
Who it is for
Typical patterns, not a diagnosis. Imaging and the dental team write the real plan.
Who it is for
- Most or all teeth missing in one jaw, seeking a fixed arch rather than a removable denture.
- Able to stay 7–10 days for surgery and a fixed temporary, then return for the final prosthesis.
When we pause
- A single missing tooth. Full-arch on four or six implants is the wrong scale.
- Unwilling to accept a temporary bridge and a healing interval before the final teeth.
A typical stay
Days 1–2
Imaging and consent
3D where indicated, photographs, a written plan you can sleep on.
Day 3
Surgery and teeth
Four or six implants and, where suitable, a fixed temporary the same day.
Days 4–8
Settle, then fly
Reviews, hygiene instruction, a coordinator on the other end of a message.
Months later
The final arch
After integration, the laboratory arch is tried in and fitted.
The first 48 hours
- Swelling and bruising are expected; they typically peak around day two.
- A fixed temporary is for speaking and soft chewing, not steak.
- Sleep elevated. Follow the rinse and medication sheet exactly.
Honest limits
Same-day teeth means a well-made temporary, not the final ceramic. Anyone who sells the opposite is selling a brochure.
Bone volume, bite force and medical history decide four versus six implants, not a package name.
Named on the plan
The fixtures
Named systems on the plan. Unnamed “premium implant” is not a specification.
The bridge
A temporary you can live with, then a laboratory arch in zirconium or the ceramic agreed in writing.
Ask before you book
- 01Will I leave with a fixed temporary, or a removable one, and why?
- 02How many implants per arch, and which brand, will be written on the plan?
The visit
Before, in the chair, and after
Sequences vary. Your written plan names the order for your mouth, not a catalogue.
Before
Name the arch
Full-arch means one jaw treated as a unit. The outline says upper, lower or both, and which protocol, All-on-4, All-on-6 or another, after imaging, not before.
During
Staged days
A longer stay than a single implant. Rest between appointments is scheduled. A quieter hotel is part of healing, not a luxury add-on.
After
A second chapter
Many arches need a later visit for the definitive teeth. You leave with a summary your home dentist can read.
Planning
What shapes this plan
None of these replace a clinical assessment. They are the questions the dental team actually uses.
- 01
Whether the upper, the lower or both jaws need a coordinated arch
- 02
Implant-supported versus other prosthetic routes after the scan
- 03
Bite between the two jaws: an arch is not planned in isolation
- 04
How many remaining teeth help, and which should be removed
- 05
How much chair time and rest your health allows in one stay
Treatment planning before you travel
An entire upper or lower arch is a staged decision: implant-supported, mixed, or prosthetic. The dental team names the protocol after records, not from a homepage tile.
What you can expect
Appointments are paced with rest days. Temporaries, laboratory time and bite checks sit in the diary so you are not living in a chair for a fortnight.
A typical stay in Antalya
Stays often run 7–14 days depending on the protocol, sometimes split across two visits. Your written outline is the source of truth for dates.
Dental travel
Planning this treatment in Antalya
You arrange the flight. Trip4Smile coordinates the plan, VIP transfer, stay support and follow-up around the dental team’s work.
01
Which jaw
Say which arch bothers you. The file still photographs both so the bite is not guessed.
02
Protocol after the scan
All-on-4, All-on-6 or another route is written after imaging, not chosen from a menu at home.
03
Stay with rest
Longer chair days. VIP transfer, a hotel you can recover in, flights you book.
04
Follow-up
Home dentist summary and a later stay if the final teeth are staged.
Treatment FAQ
Fixed or removable — which is right for me?
Both options exist; the choice depends on bone volume, budget and preference, discussed during your consultation.
How long does the full process take?
It varies by case, but typically spans a few months from foundation to final fitting, including healing time.
Will it look natural?
Teeth are designed to match shape, shade and gum line for a natural appearance. Individual results vary.
How do I maintain it?
Daily cleaning and regular professional reviews keep the restoration in good condition.
Is full-arch the same as All-on-4?
No. Full-arch is the goal: restoring one jaw as a unit. All-on-4 is one protocol that can achieve it. All-on-6 and other designs exist.
Do I always need implants?
Often for a fixed arch, yes, after the scan. Some mouths are better served by a different prosthesis. Honesty is naming that.
Can I restore only the teeth I see when I smile?
A bite still meets the other jaw. Planning only the “photo teeth” leaves chewing and joints out of the brief.
How long is a typical stay?
Often 7–14 days depending on protocol. Your outline names it. Healing between visits happens at home.
What if only one jaw is failing?
Then only that arch may be treated, with the other jaw’s bite recorded so the new teeth meet something real.
Will speech change?
A new arch can change sounds for days or weeks. That is expected. Persistent lisp or a bite that hits early is a message, not a personality trait.
Who performs the dental treatment?
Licensed dental professionals at partner clinics in Antalya. Trip4Smile coordinates planning, VIP transfer and follow-up. We are not the treating clinic.
Can international patients receive this treatment?
Yes. We coordinate for patients who fly in. Photos and history come first; a written plan is sent before you book a ticket.
How is my treatment planned before I travel?
You share smile photos, any recent X-rays and your goals. The dental team reviews the file. You receive stages, a typical stay and what is not included.
What happens after treatment?
You leave with written aftercare. The same coordinator stays reachable once you are home. Your local dentist can use the summary we send.
